PASS is currently in active engineering under AVILITI Specialties. Product capabilities, pre-arrival workflows, and system modules remain private until V1 completion.
While the dual-role EMS and Emergency Department consoles remain private during V1 hardening, PASS is engineered around three clinical handoff pillars.
Structured pre-arrival packets, high-acuity alerts, and optimistic version-controlled case updates (`expectedVersion`) between field paramedics and ED charge nurses.
Canonical `HMAC-SHA256` + `SHA-256` cryptographic receipts across pre-arrival, arrival, explicit handoff, and case closure with scoped issuer verification.
10,000-event idempotent offline replay ledger for rural/tunnel ambulance dead zones, paired with structural HL7 FHIR R4 (`HTEST`) synthetic bundle exports.
A concept for an optional PASS add-on for emergency-department walk-in chest-pain intake. It is built and tested only on synthetic data. It is not a triage, diagnostic or clinical decision tool, it is not cleared for clinical use, and it has no price. Any future version that could affect patient priority would first need clinical ownership of its rules, a medical-device assessment, and a privacy review.
The concept runs only on synthetic 12-lead values with no patient demographics, no electronic health record connection and no real patients. Nothing in it has been used in a hospital.
PACE does not make triage or diagnostic decisions. Any future version would present information for a nurse or physician to read and would never set patient priority on its own.
Before PACE could be piloted anywhere it needs a clinician who owns its rules, a medical-device regulatory assessment, and a privacy review covering any real patient data. None of these has started.
Review the PASS security and synthetic data boundary or register your Emergency Department / EMS agency for a scoped V1 pilot evaluation.
Pre-production architectural controls verified in repository snapshots (productionReady: false).
Pilot conversations are arranged by e-mail while PASS is in development. Tell us your hospital ED or EMS agency, your role, and your receiving scope, and we will reply directly.
